Zines
Disability Pamphlet Project
These zines are part of my Disability Pamphlet Project. They are a collection of zines that explain basic disability concepts and my personal experiences of disability, neurodiversity and navigating a world that is not designed for me. I created these zines to create conversation about people's understanding and experience of disability, and to share parts of my life that I wish more people understood.

When I have doctors appointments or meet with disability support providers, I am often handed pamphlets on various topics. Sometimes they explain what a service has to offer, sometimes they offer alternatives to the services, or they may just offer 'awareness'. I like the format of a pamphlet, they are easy to read, so I decided to create my own to share with doctors and support providers. They are created to provoke enquiry, for all of us to consider our own ideas related to disability and to reflect on our own experiences.
